Peter Gutman

Board Member 

Peter is an active climate tech angel investor and also Chairs the Equator investment committee and serves as a senior advisor to Blue Bear Capital, a US digital energy venture fund. Peter is also vice chair of the University of Chicago’s Energy Policy Institute’s(EPIC) advisory board.

Previously, he was a founding member of Gore Street Capital’s Energy Storage Fund, ran the energy investing business at Standard Chartered Bank, and was an MD at Goldman Sachs. He has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
